Log into Facebook on your browser and tap your profile picture.
To select Settings and privacy > Activity log.
Click the Registered actions and other activities option > Search history.
Choose Clear searches.

Just make sure all your devices are signed in to the same Google account to do this for Chrome.

Open Google Chrome on your computer. Click the three dot menu top right.
Mouse over the History menu, then click History option above.
To delete one by one, click box to the left, then Eliminate at the top right of the screen. To select To remove to confirm.

Shortcut: You can delete everything at once. Follow the previous steps. In the left menu, click Clear browsing data. You can only delete your browsing history, cookies and cache. Click the Clear the data button once you’ve decided.

To clear your search history in Edge:

Open Edge and click three dot menu top right.
Click SettingsThen Privacy, research and services.
Scroll down to Clear browsing data section.
To select Choose what to delete.
Choose from Time lapse dropdown menu. I recommend All Time.
Select the data you want to remove only search history, cookies, cache, passwords and form filling data. (Warning: Deleting passwords and form-filling data is a hassle later.)
Click Clear now finish.

To clear the search history in Safari on your iPhone or iPad:

Open Settings on your device and tap Safari.
Faucet Clear history and website dataA.
Faucet Clear history and data to confirm. NOTE: Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won’t change your AutoFill information.
To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advance > Website datathen tap Remove all website data.
